What is caused the screw shaft to stop rotating?
The transported materials are oversized,then materials could not get through the middle hanger bearing. The resistance at bearing section is so big that cause motor is overloading and stopped working. Must clean the oversized materials inside screw conveyor .
When the resistance at bearing section is big ,the sealing will be damaged. Materials will drop inside bearing ,then cause bearing blocking or damage.
Bearing at motor &gearbox is damaged.
